  • 12 oz. rotini pasta
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste


  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant.

  3. Add the broccoli florets and cook until tender but still crispy.

  4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.

  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese all over. Toss to coat the pasta evenly.

  6. Season with salt and black pepper according to taste.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
