How To Make Rotini Pasta with Lemon Herb Chicken Recipe
A zesty pasta dish with flavorful lemon herb chicken.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 8 oz of rotini pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp of dried Italian herbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain.

Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

Remove chicken from pan, and add garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Cook until fragrant.

Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss with the lemon garlic sauce.

Slice the chicken and place on top of the pasta. Top with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley, if desired.
