How To Make Creamy Pesto & Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup basil pesto
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, cherry tomatoes, black olives, red onion, Parmesan cheese, and pine nuts.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, basil pesto, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Pour the creamy pesto dressing over the pasta salad and toss until well coated.
