How To Make Orzo with Sundried Tomatoes and Olives Recipe
A delicious Mediterranean-inspired pasta dish with delicate orzo, chewy sundried tomatoes, and salty olives in a flavorful sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 pound orzo pasta
- 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes (chopped)
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives (halved)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Cook orzo according to package directions and drain. Set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.

Add sundried tomatoes, olives, white wine, salt, and black pepper and cook for another 3-5 minutes.

Add cooked orzo to the skillet and toss to combine.
