  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil), drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the sun-dried tomatoes, olives, olive oil, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well combined but still slightly chunky.

  2. Transfer the sauce to a serving bowl and enjoy as a dip or toss with hot pasta or meats.
