How To Make Linguine with Mushroom and Spinach Recipe

- 12 oz Linguine
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Onion, diced
- 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 lb Button Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
- 5 oz Baby Spinach
- Parmesan Cheese, for serving
Instructions

Cook linguine according to package instructions.

In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add diced onion and minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add sliced mushrooms, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook until the mushrooms have released their moisture and the mixture is tender.

Add baby spinach and stir until spinach is wilted.
