How To Make Gnocchi Casserole
This gnocchi casserole comes with a flavorful creamy tomato sauce and is baked to perfection. Cook up a tasty batch of this in just under an hour.

Ingredients
- 1½lbsgnocchi
- 1tbspolive oil
- 2garlic cloves,minced
- ½onion,finely chopped
- 24ozmarinara sauce
- ½cupheavy cream
- 1tspItalian seasoning,optional
- 1cupmozzarella cheese,grated
- ½cupbasil leaves,torn or chopped
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Cook the gnocchi according to packet directions.

Drain the gnocchi, then transfer them to a 1.5-quart baking dish.

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and onion, then cook for 1½ minutes.

Add the marinara sauce, then turn the heat down and bring to simmer.

Stir through the cream and Italian seasoning.

Pour over the gnocchi, then stir to spread out.

Top with the cheese, then bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
