  • 2 bags Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocchi
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocchi in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  4. In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add garlic and red pepper flakes.
  5. Cook until garlic is fragrant, then add cooked gnocchi and toss to coat.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
