- 2 bags Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocchi
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocchi in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add garlic and red pepper flakes.
- Cook until garlic is fragrant, then add cooked gnocchi and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
