How To Make Gnocchi with Sage-Butter Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) gnocchi
- 4 tbsp (56g) unsalted butter
- 10 fresh sage leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions

Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sage leaves and cook until crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Remove the sage leaves and set aside.

To the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and toss to coat in the sage-infused butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the gnocchi is heated through and lightly browned.

Serve the gnocchi with the crispy sage leaves on top and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
