How To Make Smoked Sausage and Gnocchi Skillet Recipe
A savory and comforting skillet dish using smoked sausage and tender gnocchi.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 lb gnocchi
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the smoked sausage to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, until browned.

Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the gnocchi and cook for 2-3 minutes, until lightly browned.

Add the diced bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until softened.

Mix in the Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Pour in the chicken broth and stir until combined.

Add the cooked smoked sausage back into the skillet and mix with the gnocchi.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and cover the skillet with a lid.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the sausage is heated through.
