How To Make Beer Shrimp with Homemade Cocktail Sauce
Easy to make and pretty fun to eat, this beer shrimp comes loaded with the flavors of beer, butter, and Old Bay seasoning.

Ingredients
For Shrimp:
- 2½tbspOld Bay seasoning
- 3tbspunsalted butter
- 1cupbeer
- 1cupwater
- 2lbsextra large shrimp,shell split and deveined, thawed if frozen
For Cocktail Sauce:
- 6tbspketchup
- ½tbspprepared horseradish
- 1tbspfreshly squeezed lemon juice
- pinchcayenne pepper
Instructions

Combine Old Bay, butter, beer and water in a large pot and bring to a boil. Add shrimp and turn heat down to medium. Cover and cook, stirring once, for 3 to 6 minutes or until shrimp are pink.

Remove the shrimp with a slotted spoon and transfer to serving platter. Serve hot or cold with cocktail sauce.
