How To Make Emeril Lagasse BBQ Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup beer
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp Creole seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add Worcestershire sauce, beer, chicken stock, BBQ sauce, Creole seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.

Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes on each side.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with crusty bread.
