How To Make Emeril Lagasse BBQ Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup beer
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp Creole seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, beer, chicken stock, BBQ sauce, Creole seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.

  4. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes on each side.

  5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with crusty bread.
