How To Make Turkey Meatloaf Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin.

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated.

Scoop the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup to the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatloaf muffins are cooked through and browned on top.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
