How To Make Meatloaf with a Twist
A delicious recipe for incredibly juicy and tasty meatloaf with a twist! This simple recipe makes use of Pace picante salsa in place of the usual ketchup and worcestershire sauce sauce combination for a tasty twist on the classic.

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 1 bottle Pace picante salsa, (16 oz)
- ½ onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients together in a large bowl, and mix well.

Place in a loaf pan and bake in a 350 degree F oven for about an hour and a half.
- Drain grease from pan every so often.
