Very tasty meatloaf!

A delicious recipe for incredibly juicy and tasty meatloaf with a twist! This simple recipe makes use of Pace picante salsa in place of the usual ketchup and worcestershire sauce sauce combination for a tasty twist on the classic.

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 bottle Pace picante salsa, (16 oz)
  • ½ onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder


  1. Add all ingredients together in a large bowl, and mix well.
  2. Place in a loaf pan and bake in a 350 degree F oven for about an hour and a half.

  3. Drain grease from pan every so often.
