Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.

  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onions, bell peppers, garlic, BBQ sauce, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it on a sheet of aluminum foil.

  4. Place the foil with the meatloaf directly on the grill grates and close the lid.

  5. Grill for 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

  6. Brush the top of the meatloaf with additional BBQ sauce during the last 5 minutes of grilling.

  7. Remove the meatloaf from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
