How To Make Grilled BBQ Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium heat.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onions, bell peppers, garlic, BBQ sauce, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it on a sheet of aluminum foil.

Place the foil with the meatloaf directly on the grill grates and close the lid.

Grill for 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

Brush the top of the meatloaf with additional BBQ sauce during the last 5 minutes of grilling.

Remove the meatloaf from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
