
How To Make Greek Chicken Kabobs
These Greek chicken kabobs are made with tender chicken marinated with olive oil, lemon, and herbs, then grilled in skewers along with crunchy bell peppers.

Ingredients
- 1¼lbschicken breast,boneless, skinless, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 2tbsplemon juice
- 3tbspolive oil
- ½tspsugar
- 1tspdried oregano
- 2tspgarlic,minced
- 1tspkosher salt
- ½tspblack pepper
- 1red bell pepper,seeded, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1red onion,peeled, cut into 1-inch pieces
For Yogurt Sauce:
- 1cupplain Greek yogurt
- 2tspolive oil
- 1tbspred onion,minced
- salt and pepper,to taste
- ½cupcucumber,minced
- ¼cupfresh parsley,minced
- lemon wedges,optional garnish
- parsley,optional garnish
Instructions
Chicken Skewers

Combine the lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, salt, sugar, pepper, and garlic along with 1 tablespoon of water in a bowl. Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat.

Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium or preheat the broiler.

Remove the chicken from the marinade, then thread the chicken pieces, red bell pepper, and red onion onto 4 skewers.

Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked through.
Yogurt Sauce:

Mix together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, cucumber, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the chicken skewers with the yogurt sauce. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges, and enjoy!
