How To Make Chicken Tikka Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp tikka masala spice mix
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions

In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, tikka masala spice mix, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.

Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.

Brush the grill or baking dish with oil and cook the chicken skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through and slightly charred.
