Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp tikka masala spice mix
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, tikka masala spice mix, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.

  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

  3. Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.

  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.

  5. Brush the grill or baking dish with oil and cook the chicken skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through and slightly charred.

  6. Serve hot with mint chutney or yogurt dip.
