How To Make Banana Pepper and Roast Beef Sliders
These sliders are packed with flavor from the spicy banana peppers and tender roast beef.

Ingredients
- 12 slider buns
- 1 lb. deli roast beef, thinly sliced
- 12 slices of provolone cheese
- 1 cup of sliced banana peppers
- 1/4 cup of mayo
- 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix mayo, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic in a small bowl.

Spread the mayo mixture on the bottom halves of the slider buns.

Top with roast beef, provolone cheese, and banana peppers.

Place the top halves of the slider buns on top of the fillings.

Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
