How To Make Mongolian BBQ Sliders
These small and flavorful sliders pack a punch with their Mongolian BBQ seasoning and juicy beef.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 12 slider buns
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, ginger powder, and sliced green onions. Mix well.

Form the beef mixture into small patties and grill over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked through.

To assemble the sliders, spread mayonnaise and hoisin sauce on the bottom of each bun. Add a beef patty, jalapeno slices, and top with the other half of the bun.
