How To Make White Castle Sliders Recipe
A copycat recipe of the classic fast-food sliders packed with savory flavor and topped with smooth American cheese.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 8 slider buns
- 8 slices American cheese
- 1 diced onion
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 350°F.
-
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, and onion powder. Mix well.
-
Flatten ground beef into thin patties. They should be slightly larger than the slider buns.
-
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 1-2 minutes per side until browned.
-
Place the slider buns on a baking sheet, cut side down. Top each bun with a cooked patty, a slice of cheese, and a spoonful of diced onion.
-
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the buns are toasted.
-
Serve hot.
