How To Make Meatloaf Sliders With Coca-Cola® Glaze

Made with ground beef, panko, and cheese, amp up your usual recipe with these meatloaf sliders, coated with a tangy and sweet ketchup-coca cola glaze.

For Coca Cola Glaze:

  • 1cupketchup
  • ½cupCoca-Cola®

For Meatloaf Sliders:

  • 2lbsground beef,or any ground meat
  • 2eggs,beaten
  • 1cuppanko,or any breadcrumbs
  • ½cupparmesan cheese,grated
  • ¼cupparsley,chopped
  • ¼cupgarlic,minced
  • 1onion,finely chopped
  • 1tbspworcestershire sauce
  • 1tspkosher salt
  • potato slider buns


Coca Cola Glaze:

  1. Whisk together the ketchup and Coca-Cola®, and set aside.

Meatloaf Sliders:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare a heavy sheet pan by using a foil-lined rack. Slice holes in foil for fat to drain. Alternatively, use a parchment-lined sheet pan.

  2. In a large bowl, gently mix together all ingredients until thoroughly combined. Make slider size patties about 2½ to 3-inches each. Place the sliders on the prepared pan and spoon ketchup evenly over each slider.

  3. Bake in preheated oven until cooked through, about 15 minutes.

  4. Serve on slider buns.
