For Coca Cola Glaze:
- 1cupketchup
- ½cupCoca-Cola®
For Meatloaf Sliders:
- 2lbsground beef,or any ground meat
- 2eggs,beaten
- 1cuppanko,or any breadcrumbs
- ½cupparmesan cheese,grated
- ¼cupparsley,chopped
- ¼cupgarlic,minced
- 1onion,finely chopped
- 1tbspworcestershire sauce
- 1tspkosher salt

Instructions
Coca Cola Glaze:

Whisk together the ketchup and Coca-Cola®, and set aside.
Meatloaf Sliders:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare a heavy sheet pan by using a foil-lined rack. Slice holes in foil for fat to drain. Alternatively, use a parchment-lined sheet pan.

In a large bowl, gently mix together all ingredients until thoroughly combined. Make slider size patties about 2½ to 3-inches each. Place the sliders on the prepared pan and spoon ketchup evenly over each slider.

Bake in preheated oven until cooked through, about 15 minutes.

Serve on slider buns.
