
How To Make St Patrick’s Day Corned Beef Sliders Recipe
These mini corned beef sandwiches are perfect for St. Patrick’s Day!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb corned beef brisket
- 1 cup beef broth
- 12 slider buns
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup sauerkraut
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tbsp honey mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Rinse corned beef brisket and place in slow cooker with beef broth. Cook on low for 4 hours.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cut slider buns in half and place on baking sheet.

Top each bottom bun with Thousand Island dressing, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and a slice of corned beef.

Place top of bun on each slider, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and buns are golden brown.

Mix honey mustard and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl and serve as a dipping sauce or drizzle over sliders. Enjoy!
