How To Make St Patrick’s Day Corned Beef Sliders Recipe

These mini corned beef sandwiches are perfect for St. Patrick’s Day!

  • 1 lb corned beef brisket
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup sauerkraut
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp honey mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Rinse corned beef brisket and place in slow cooker with beef broth. Cook on low for 4 hours.

  2. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  3. Cut slider buns in half and place on baking sheet.

  4. Top each bottom bun with Thousand Island dressing, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and a slice of corned beef.

  5. Place top of bun on each slider, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and buns are golden brown.

  7. Mix honey mustard and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl and serve as a dipping sauce or drizzle over sliders. Enjoy!
