- 28ozbaked beans in tomato sauce
- 16ozbaked beans
- 15ozkidney beans,or Northern beans, drained and rinsed
- 1lbbacon
- 1large white onion,diced
- 1green bell pepper,diced
- 20ozpineapple tidbits,drained
- 2garlic cloves,minced
- ½cupketchup
- 2tbspDijon mustard
- 6dasheshot sauce,Tabasco
- 2tbspmolasses
- salt & pepper
Instructions

Chop raw bacon and fry over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Drain grease leaving about 2 tablespoons in the pan. Cook onion in bacon grease until soft.

Combine all ingredients in a 6-quart slow cooker and cook on High for 4 hours or Low for 8 hours. For thicker baked beans, leave the lid off of the slow cooker for the last 30 to 45 minutes.
