How To Make Crockpot Sweet and Sour Pork
Ingredients
- 2 â…” lbs. boneless pork, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 â…“ can pineapple chunks, drained
- â…” cup corn syrup
- â…“ cup vinegar
- 2 â…” tbsp. corn oil
- 4 tbsp. cornstarch

- â…” cup green pepper, chopped

Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown pork in corn oil.
- Layer the pork, green pepper and onion in crock pot.
- In a small bowl, combine cornstarch with 3 tbsp. water, add remaining ingredients and pour over pork.
