  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in the prepared baking dish.

  3. In a bowl, mix together the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder. Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.

  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
