
How To Make Apple Fritter Casserole
Bake together crescent rolls and juicy Granny Smith apples and you get this wonderfully sweet, savory apple fritter casserole to enjoy any time of the day.

Ingredients
- 8ozcrescent dough sheets
- 2Granny Smith apples,cored and chopped
- ¾cupbrown sugar,packed
- 1tspcinnamon
- 1tbspflour
- ¼cupunsalted butter,melted
- 1cuppowdered sugar
- ¼cupwhole milk
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray 9×9-inch baking dish with baking spray.

Cut the crescent sheets into 1-inch cubes and toss with half the cinnamon and brown sugar in a medium bowl.

Toss the chopped apples, flour, and the rest of the cinnamon together in a large bowl.

Combine the apples and crescent pieces together and put into your baking dish and pour the melted butter over the mixture.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes.

Make the glaze by whisking powdered sugar and milk together and pour over your baked casserole just before serving.
Recipe Notes
If the glaze is too thick, place the mixture in the microwave for 15 seconds.
