How To Make Air Fryer Apple Fritters
These apple fritters are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Perfect for a fall treat!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chopped apples
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.

Fold in the chopped apples.

Grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray.

Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the basket, leaving space in between each fritter.

Set the air fryer to 375°F and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
