Ingredients

  • 4earscorn
  • 2tbspbutteror to taste
  • salt & pepperto taste

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.

  2. Remove husks and silk from corn. Break cobs in half if desired.

  3. Once water is boiling, add corn and boil 1 minute. Turn off heat and cover.

  4. Leave 10 minutes or up to 30 minutes. Drain well.

  5. Place corn back into the warm pot, add butter, salt & pepper and toss to coat.
