Pork is one of the most commonly cooked meats in the world and we’ve decided to put our spin into these minimal yet tasty pork recipes that will have you looking forward to every bite.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 4 pork steaks
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 ears of corn
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
-
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
-
In a small bowl, combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture evenly onto both sides of the pork steaks.
-
Place the pork steaks on the grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
-
While the pork steaks are grilling, prepare the smoky corn. Remove the husks from the ears of corn and brush them with olive oil.
-
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Brush the butter mixture onto the corn.
-
Grill the corn for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until it is slightly charred and cooked through. Remove from the grill and let cool slightly before cutting the kernels off the cob.
-
Serve the grilled pork steaks with the smoky corn kernels. Enjoy!
