  • 2lbschicken breasts,or thighs, boneless skinless
  • ¼cuplime juice
  • ½cuphoney
  • 2tbspsoy sauce
  • 1tbspolive oil
  • 2garlic cloves,minced
  • ½cupcilantro,finely chopped
  • ½tspsalt
  • ¼tsppepper


  1. Put the chicken in a zip lock bag.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the lime juice, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, cilantro, salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the chicken.

  3. Seal the bag and let marinade for 3 hours or overnight.

  4. Preheat the grill to medium high heat. Grill each side of the chicken for about 3 to 4 minutes or until cooked throughout and no longer pink.

  5. Serve warm, and enjoy!
