How To Make Slow Cooker Lime Cilantro Chicken Recipe

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine the lime juice, cilantro, garlic, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour the marinade over them.

Cook on low heat for 4 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shredded chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes to brown it slightly.
