How To Make Sticky Lime & Coconut Chicken Drumsticks

- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated lime zest
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.

In a small saucepan, combine the lime juice, soy sauce, honey, coconut oil, garlic, and lime zest. Heat over medium heat until the mixture starts to simmer. Remove from heat and set aside.

Season the chicken drumsticks with salt and pepper and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
