Ingredients
- 12 pork chops, boneless center-cut, 6 oz.
- 3/4 cup apple juice
- 3/4 cup honey
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp dry sherry
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl except pork chops.

Reserve a small amount of marinade for basting and pour the rest over pork chops in a large Ziplock bag and place in the refrigerator for 4-24 hours. Remove chops from marinade.

Grill pork five inches from heat source 12-15 minutes, turning once, to an internal temperature of 155-160 degrees. Baste occasionally with reserved marinade.
