- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.

In a shallow dish, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.

Dip each pork chop into the beaten eggs, then coat them with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere the coating.
