How To Make Easy Grilled Shrimp Fajitas
The smoky and savory taste from these grilled shrimp fajitas pairs well with tender vegetables and crunchy tortilla! Whip this up in just under one hour.

Ingredients
- 1red bell pepper,sliced into thin strips
- 1green bell pepper,sliced into thin strips
- 1large onion,sliced into thin strips
- 1large jalapeno pepper,sliced
- 2½tspfajita seasoning mix,divided
- 1tspolive oil
- 12ozlarge shrimp,raw, peeled and deveined
- 1tbsplime juice
- 8flour tortillas,(6 inch), fajita-size
Instructions

Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.

Place the bell pepper strips, onion, and jalapeno slices in a large bowl. Add 2 teaspoons of fajita seasoning and olive oil. Stir until evenly combined.

Place the shrimp in a separate bowl. Add the remaining ½ teaspoon of fajita seasoning and lime juice, then gently stir until evenly combined.

Place the vegetable mixture in a grill basket. Grill for 10 minutes. Stir in shrimp and grill for 5 minutes more. Remove the basket from the grill.

Place the tortillas on the grill and toast for 2 minutes.

Divide the filling between the tortillas, serve, and enjoy!
