How To Make Chipotle Lime Shrimp Fajitas Recipe
A spicy and tangy fajita recipe filled with juicy shrimp, peppers, and onions, and topped with a zesty lime crema.

Ingredients
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chipotle powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Flour tortillas
- For Lime Crema:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add sliced onions and peppers to the skillet and sauté for 3-5 minutes until they are tender.

Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they are pink and cooked through.

Add cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, chipotle powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet.

In a small bowl, combine sour cream, lime juice, and salt.

Warm flour tortillas.
