How To Make Grilled Saigon pork rib

Ingredients
- 2 lbs of pork ribs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp five spice powder
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, minced garlic, ginger, five spice powder, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Place the pork ribs in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the ribs. Let it marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the ribs from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.

Grill the ribs for about 10 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and nicely charred.

Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
