  • 10 lb. ham, precooked
  • 3/4¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup Kahlua plus
  • 3 tsp. Kahlua
  • 2 tbsp. dry mustard
  • whole cloves


  1. Place ham with rind on rack in roasting pan, fat side up.
  2. Roast at 300 F for 18 minutes per pound.
  3. During last hour, trim rind, score fat criss-cross and stud with cloves.
  4. Sprinkle top with brown sugar, then 3 tsp. Kahlua.
  5. Pour 1/2 cup Kahlua and mixed mustard into pan.
  6. Baste frequently with pan syrup.
