Ingredients

  • 1 (4-5 pound) bone-in ham
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

  2. Place the ham in a baking dish, and score the surface with shallow cuts in a diamond pattern.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, orange juice, pineapple juice, and ground cloves.

  4. Brush half of the glaze mixture over the ham, making sure to get into the cuts.

  5. Cover the ham with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.

  6. Remove the foil, brush the remaining glaze over the ham, and continue to bake for an additional 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).

  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.

  8. Serve the baked ham warm and enjoy!
