  2. Place the ham in a roasting pan and score the surface with shallow cuts in a diamond pattern.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and maple syrup to make the glaze.

  4. Brush half of the glaze over the ham, making sure to get into the cuts.

  5. Bake the ham for 1 hour, brushing with the remaining glaze every 20 minutes.

  6. Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

  7. Serve the baked ham with the remaining glaze on the side.
