A great and tasty dish with the gravy included. This brisket recipe bakes it in a onion soup and cranberry mix to bring out a meaty and sweet flavor.

Ingredients

  • 3 lb. brisket, excess fat trimmed
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Place brisket into baking pan.
  3. Spread onion soup mix over top, then pour cranberry sauce over entire roast.
  4. Bake for 3-4 hours or until tender.
