- 3fresh peaches,halved and pitted
- ¼cupbutter
- 1tbspalmonds,sliced
- ¼cuphoney
- ¼cupbrown sugar
- 1½tspground cinnamon
- 2tbspbrandy
- 1pinchsalt
- 1tspvanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a baking dish with cooking spray.

Arrange the peaches cut-side up in the prepared baking dish.

Put butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat, add almonds, and heat together for about 2 minutes until the butter melts. Stir the honey, brown sugar, and cinnamon into the melted butter, then bring to a simmer.

Add brandy and salt. Stir to dissolve the salt, remove the saucepan from heat, and add vanilla extract, then pour the mixture over the peaches.

Bake the peaches in the oven for about 30 minutes until the peaches are cooked through.
