How To Make Baked Parmesan Pasta Recipe

A comforting pasta dish baked in a rich, creamy sauce with Parmesan cheese and topped with crispy breadcrumbs.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.

  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and stir in garlic. Add flour and stir for 2 minutes.

  4. Gradually whisk in milk and whisk until thickened.

  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.

  6. Add pasta to sauce and mix well. Pour into a baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top.

  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the sauce is bubbly.
