How To Make Baked Parmesan Pasta Recipe
A comforting pasta dish baked in a rich, creamy sauce with Parmesan cheese and topped with crispy breadcrumbs.

Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and stir in garlic. Add flour and stir for 2 minutes.

Gradually whisk in milk and whisk until thickened.

Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.

Add pasta to sauce and mix well. Pour into a baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top.
