- 4 whole snappers, cleaned and scaled
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1 cup of white wine
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
