How To Make Baked Snapper Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 whole snappers, cleaned and scaled
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 1 cup of white wine
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Drizzle olive oil over snappers, then season with salt and pepper.

  3. Stuff each snapper with minced garlic, lemon slices, rosemary, and thyme.

  4. Arrange the snappers on a baking tray and pour white wine over them.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the fish flakes easily.
