How To Make Pan-Fried Blackened Red Snapper Recipe

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder

- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil

In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.

Coat the red snapper fillets with the spice mixture, making sure to cover both sides.
