How To Make Mediterranean Red Snapper

Ingredients
- 4 red snapper fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the red snapper fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Squeeze the lemon juice over the seasoned fillets.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
