  • 4 snapper fillets

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

  3. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the snapper fillets.

  4. Add the olive oil and butter to the hot skillet.

  5. Place the snapper fillets in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until blackened and cooked through.

  6. Remove from the skillet and serve with lemon wedges.
