Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Sour cream and vinegar, for serving

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, water, and salt. Knead until the dough is smooth and elastic. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

In another bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, garlic, black pepper, and salt.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface until it is very thin. Cut out circles using a round cookie cutter or a glass.

Place a small amount of the meat mixture in the center of each dough circle. Fold the circle in half and pinch the edges to seal it.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the dumplings in batches for about 5-7 minutes or until they float to the surface.
