- 4 lamb chops
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Slice the potatoes into thin slices, about 1/8 inch apart, leaving the bottom intact.

Place the potatoes in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.

Season the lamb chops with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and dried rosemary.

Heat a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat and sear the lamb chops for 2-3 minutes per side.

Transfer the lamb chops to the baking dish with the potatoes.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness and the potatoes are crispy.
