How To Make Leftover Lamb Pasta Recipe
A delicious way to use up leftover lamb, mixed with pasta and a rich tomato sauce.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 350g pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 400g canned chopped tomatoes
- 250g leftover cooked lamb, shredded
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat, then add onion and garlic and cook until softened.

Add canned tomatoes and let simmer for 10 minutes.

Add leftover lamb and let cook for 5-10 minutes until heated through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to combine.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
